Living Waters Counseling is a Christian counseling group. Use of the facilities on the property helps us to carry out the mission and vision for Living Waters. The counseling services and facilities use programs that are based on the fundamental beliefs and values as set forth by God in His Holy Scriptures. We thank you for considering us as a part of your event and hope that if you choose Living Waters you will enjoy the peace and beauty of the surroundings here are Living Waters!

Here are the guidelines for using the facilities.

(1) No live fire including burning candles.
(2) No removal of pews or chest in the hallway of the activity building.
(3) If chairs/tables are used for outside events, they should be cleaned and stored in the appropriate areas after the event is concluded.
(4) Please do not use tape, tacks, nails or staples on the walls.
(5) Place all garbage in the dumpster.
(6) Remove all leftover food and beverages.
(7) Do not move or handle speakers/sound systems.
(8) When you leave, please make sure all lights are off. This includes all rooms in all buildings including bathrooms, kitchen, porch, hallway, etc.
(9) Please do not leave the doors open during the activities as this adds tremendously to our electrical bill.
(10) Make sure all doors are locked when you leave and return keys at the end of your event.
(11) Church services are held on Sunday mornings in the activity building beginning at 10:00 am. If you use this building, please have this area cleaned on Saturday evening. This includes vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen & bathroom sinks & countertops.) Chairs and tables should also be restored to the church set-up. If you need approval to remove some items on Sunday, please contact the Living Waters representative ahead of time.
(12) Rentals for Sunday activities at the Activity Building begin at 2:00 p.m., 1:00 pm for the Chapel.
(13) This is a NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL facility. This includes the grounds and all buildings. We do this in order to be good stewards of what God has given.
(14) There will be a pre-inspection before the event and a post-inspection after the event.
(15) A deposit is required to hold the date and must be paid at the time of reservation. If damages are incurred, the deposit may be used in part or in whole to repair the damages.
