To provide cost-free professional Christian counseling to those that can not afford professional mental health services.

Statement of Faith

Living Waters Counseling, Inc.

Living Waters Counseling was given as a Vision. In this Vision, God instructed us to build a facility that will carry out two very specific mandates: (1) Be near the brokenhearted (2) Raise up an army of Christian counselors. With this Vision and those two mandates in hand, Living Waters has been built around the following statement of our faith:

 

(1) We believe in the complete, divinely inspired, inerrant Word of God. We believe 2 Timothy 3:16 – 17, “All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. “

(2) We believe Jesus is the Risen Son of God, and that His Life, Death, and Resurrection brought our salvation and our healing according to His Holy Word.  The Gospels

(3) We believe in John 3:16 – 17, “ For God so loved the  world that He gave His One and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.”

(4) We believe in the Holy Virgin Birth of Jesus. Matthew 1:18 -25

(5) We believe in the miracles that Jesus did while man on earth, and we believe Jesus rose to sit at the right Hand of His Father. Further, we believe that Jesus spoke and did only what His Father in Heaven told Him to say or do. John 5:19, John 8:28

(6) We believe that God calls us to love all of His children with a Christ-like love and Christ-like actions. We are to love, not judge His children, Matthew 7:1 , “Do not judge, or you too will be judged.”

(7) We believe that Jesus is God’s Grace and Mercy for us, His children, as spoken in John 1:17 ,”…Grace and Truth came through Jesus.”

 

Living Waters acts according to His Word in all of our actions with clients; we believe that we represent God’s Love, Grace and Mercy to His children. It is our intent to offer His Love, His Healing to all clients at all times.
